Due to the instant, irrevocable nature of digital content, all sales on Prepvision are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE once access has been granted. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy [citation:9].
1. Why No Refunds?
Prepvision provides digital educational products including QBank access, PYQs, Grand Test Series, Smart Flashcards, Chanting eBook, and Lakshya Batch (All in One). Upon successful payment, you receive:
- Immediate, full access to the purchased content
- No physical goods to be "returned"
- Irreversible consumption of knowledge and value
Unlike physical products, digital content cannot be "unused" or "returned". Therefore, we operate a strict no-refund policy to maintain fairness and integrity [citation:9].
2. Limited Exceptions
While our policy is no refunds, we may consider refund requests only in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Technical Failure: Persistent, verifiable technical issues on our side that prevent you from accessing the purchased content, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 days of your purchase.
- Duplicate Purchase: Accidental purchase of the same course or test series twice (refund of duplicate amount only).

- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
